Ordered from them in June and foolishly prepaid for the order. It was to be shipped promptly because our client needed them asap. Weeks went by. Dozens of inquiries and replies assuring us delivery was right around the corner. Now about 6 weeks later we’re giving up and ordering elsewhere. After reading what John Locke has posted and the info on the Houston BBB site, it’s clear they are a sham. Evidently their address in Houston is just a mail drop from which they retain some mail and return the rest. Too bad the Harris County DA can’t get involved. He may not find a company there, but he can at least find out who is receiving the mail there.

I too have been stung in the UK no goods no refund.
Strikes me that KOOLPRINT simply quote prices for work then farm it out.
They will quote any price to et the money. Then if they can not find a printer within your country to print it at that price they simply dont deliver or refund.
I also think the company is almost if not already bankrupt and still trading to cut and run.
So we can do a lot by alerting printers, the press and probable suppliers of KOOLPRINT of the situation.
That will help stop them and their nefarious trade.
We should all alert those with links to KOOLPRINT. Stop those links.
Keep people informed and let us know how you spread the word

I just wanted to say thank you to John and everyone. I was going to use koolprint for some stickers on request of a client (because of their low prices, of course) but as I’ve used various online printing companies before I knew something felt weird about this site. I tried uploading some files and had problems and from there just did a little google search for ‘koolprint reviews’ and I found several complaint sites, including this one. Your hard work has saved me from the same frustration and for that I am grateful. I am SO sorry you have had to deal with all of this and wish you all the best in your fight for justice.

Thank you Matt, Robert, Kevin and Jen for joining this Blog, it is very much appreciated.
Took an idea from Matt’s site http://www.koolprintcomplaints.com about contacting the References shown on Koolprint and sending them an e-mail.
Here is what I am asking their references:
I saw your company (Name of Company), as a reference on koolprint:
http://www.koolprint.com/
My question is, how did you get them to send your order?
Thank you,
John

I made the mistake of not researching KoolPrint before placing an order. If I had, I would not be posting this message. I placed an order on July 6, 2007. I still have not received it. The company followed the same MO as for all the other customers it has scammed. They’ve makes promises of delivery, multiple ones at this point, but nothing so far. I’ve placed a complaint with the BBB, but it doesn’t seem to have helped. Has anyone ever received an order or a refund? Has anyone ever spoken to Jose, the general manager?
Any feedback would help. Thanks!

<p>Today we received 500 of the 5000 printed containers we ordered almost 6 months ago.</p>
<p>I am unable to comprehend why they even bothered to ship anything as we canceled this order with Koolprint the first part of July. The label shows they were shipped out of Houston, Texas.</p>

Hang in there John. I’ve been screwed by koolprint back in September of 2006.
I asked for stickers to be printed and they screwed up the order. I sent the stuff back and haven’t heard from them since.

I sent out some inquiries to the references that Koolprint publicized they did printing for, which can be located in the below link.
http://www.koolprint.com
Here is just one of the emails that I received back, which was from Dupont in part. The other emails are not glowing reports of how they were treated either.
“I will be contacting this vendor to have them remove the DuPont logo as one of their references, as it is an unauthorized use of our trademark and logo. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. If there is anything else I can assist you with, please feel free to contact me.

PS: Rocio & Ken, glad to have you on board with us.

I just wanted to give an update on my order problems. The order has not arrived. I placed a complint with the BBB in Texas that will be closed because the company failed to respond to them as well. The BBB suggested that I file a petition with the Small Claims Court in Texas. Has anyone tried this?
August 31st, 2007 at 5:31 pm
What a terrible company. I read everyones complaints and they are the exact same. Horrible. I charged back the $580.00 from my bank right away.
This company needs to be shut down. I am surprised that Google allows them to process credit cards.
August 31st, 2007 at 9:34 pm
Rocio,
The first thing I would think someone would have to do is find out if they have a business license in Texas and next who do you take to Small Claims Court? Even if you received a Judgment would it ever be collected?
This company seems to be a Shell Company of some sort as they ship from what I have seen from all over, that is if they ever ship anything. Not trying to say this is not a good idea, just thinking would it be worth it, even though the costs would be minimal doing it this way.
eric,
Welcome on board, maybe an e-mail referencing this site and the others, which are listed here, sent to Google might help the cause. It probably wouldn’t hurt to let Google know what is going on.

John, Thank you for the welcome. Its funny this community can grow out of nowhere and all have the same common bond. [ koolprint] what a scam they are. I sent an email to google already asking them why the support , advertise and process such a fraudulant company and that they should distance themselves asap.
Also, for fun, I like to mess with Kool print and their live chat. Pretend like I am going to buy something and string them along. ( something they do) Its funny how responsive they are in the begining.
Here is my Saturday morning fun..

Too funny. I really hope these guys get shut down and raided. I would wonder who we can really shed light on this company? WAIT! Dateline NBC… ! Chris Hansen will knock their doors down! anyone know how to get that going ?

September 4th, 2007 at 1:13 pm
Well, I’m so glad I’m not the only one in this situation! I orderd 1000 business cards back in late March 2007. No cards, no refund. And I have been pretty relentless - they don’t respond to “legal action” and they continue to lie….one of the people who answered the phone told me the order showed it had already been shipped in their system…very convenient.
I just wonder if they aren’t some front for suspicious international activity. Is there anyway we can file a class action suit?? I just want my money back.
September 4th, 2007 at 2:22 pm
^^^ You need to charge back the funds with your CC company ASAP!
September 5th, 2007 at 7:55 am
I received this e-mail on September 30, 2007 after a conversation with Nick.
“Hi,
Per your phone conversation with Nick the other day, we would like to inform you that your rest of the order is shipped and will be delivered to you next week. Also, we are refunding $380 back to your credit card account as a compensation of the delay and inconvenience you have faced with the order.
Sincerely,
KoolPrint Service.”
This would be the balance of my order, which is 4500 containers out of the 5000 I ordered in March 2007, however I have not had notification that anything has been shipped and no refund has shown up.
Sissy,
My thinking is that no one knows really who owns this company or where they are located. Trying to bring legal action would be fruitless unless we could find out this information.
The logical thing we can do at this point is to keep the pressure on with web sites like this one and the others that have been developed to put the word out. If we cost them business and help others so they do not fall for this scam, then we are doing the best we can at this time.
A thought just popped into my mind. What if we set up a trust fund specifically to find out who owns Koolprint and where the owner is located. This would be on a donation only type project and the money would be set aside in a trust fund with an attorney or barrister who would find a company that would track the owner down.
If the owners of the web sites that are currently up would promote this we might just start bringing Koolprint to justice. We would just have to get together with everyone in favor of doing this and then put it all together.

September 5th, 2007 at 3:29 pm
Hi everyone,
I placed the order for the nonprofit where I work. As a result of the problems, I have not been able to complete the project for which they were intended
I liked Sissy’s idea of a group effort to stop them, however i think a class action suit might not be the most economical effort. How about a group letter to multiple agencies (FTC, BBB, etc.) and to the media? I think this might cause more of a stir than going through the legal system and be more effective if it is successful.
What does everyone think?
September 5th, 2007 at 3:50 pm
Well, I have contacted Google and gave them all the links to how bad KoolPrint is and why do they advertise and process CC’s for this fraud company. I have also conacted NBC ( for fun) to see if they want to do a story and expose this fraud company.
I got my money back because I charged the funds back with my CC company. I reccomend everyone do the same.
I needed my printing done real fast since Koolprint was not coming through and I found a great place that was very professional. They actually got my order done and shipped in 3 days. The quality was excellent and the price was half of what Koolprint charged me.
They are called. Print Place ( I dont work there , so I am not spamming) but they are great if you guys still need printing.
September 5th, 2007 at 5:13 pm
Rocio,
If you check out www.koolprintproblems.com I contacted just about everyone but the President of he U.S. and the Queen of England.
So far nothing has happened that I am aware of, but it would not hurt for others to contact them.
The reason I say we need to find out where the owner of this company lives, is so we can take our case to the authorities where he or she is located. Just my opinion.

Hi everyone,
I got an email from the shipping department with actual pictures of my printed order. The email said that it would be shipped after the review process. It’s given me a little bit of hope, but I’m still not buying it.
For this same project, I also placed an order with Print Place. They are definitely great. The quality and timing was exactly as they said it’d be. I also recommend them.
September 7th, 2007 at 1:34 pm
Rocio,
Welcome to the club, my actual pictures arrived about 2 months ago, it must be their let’s appease the client approach to saying, well we have given enough excuses let’s see if they buy this one.
Sincerely I hope they ship, but do not count on the picture story.

September 11th, 2007 at 6:41 pm
I wish we had done some research. Having a very similar problem with this terrible company. We ordered 500 custom CD sleeves for a release party on Saturday. The order was placed almost a month ago and we have been given the runaround and the all to familiar routine of hang-ups, ignored emails and lousy customer service. We started to panic last week when our order didn’t arrive on time and “Kool” Print refused to provide a tracking number or even tell us what service they were using for the shipping. “We have shipped you product, you will receive it tomorrow”. Well, it been about 14 tomorrows past the date we originally were told the order would arrive.
The fun began at this point with the frequent hang-up and “…oh, let me transfer you to our other production department”. We then noticed that the generic response emails were being time stamped with our original emails 9 hours ahead! They claim to be located in Texas but they are obviously located in India or Turkey. The “sales manager” that we have been referred to, “Nick”, never seems to know what the hell is going on and frankly sounds like he doesn’t really care at all. And the digital “proofs” that they emailed, (after the order was already 2 weeks late), were taken on a camera phone!!! To add insult to injury the products looked completely wrong and when we requested additional photos they sent pictures of an entirely different product all together. Oh, and the CD cards were sitting on what looks like a sock drawer or something.
We got scammed! Avoid this ridiculous company at all costs!!! Hopefully we will be able to get the charge reversed from our credit card. Anyone have any luck with getting payment stopped or reversed?
Justin
September 11th, 2007 at 7:23 pm
^^^ Yes, my CC comany reversed the charges. I sent cancel notices to the company over and over and they kept “working” on the order. Today, FedEx drops a ground package at my door and I see its from Kool print. I didnt open it and it is no where near the qty I ordered. I tracked down the FedEx driver and told him to return it. I hate these guys
September 13th, 2007 at 1:32 pm
I honestly dont think anyone will and or want to give a refund there. Its a total scam.
September 14th, 2007 at 11:39 am
This blog is my therapy! I received my totally incomplete order today. Out of 1000 table tents I order, I only received 100. Adding injury to insult, I realized that they had a gross typo. I checked the proofs they sent me, and it was correct on the proofs. When I called to ask about the rest of the order and the typo, Mike told me that the first shipment had some distortions. It was not a distortion! They are sending the rest of the order “today” and are going to email me a tracking number. He said if the order is still incorrect, they will gladly reprint it. Ha! Talk about lying through your teeth.
September 21st, 2007 at 10:23 pm
Hi, if it wasn’t for your warnings I would have been another sucker. I have been talking to these guys about a fundraising product and was just about to pay for some sample. Just before I did I googled their name and found all these bad comments. You saved my cash which I can now use dealing with a reputable firm and preferably with buyer protection. Thanks heaps you guys rock. I was sucked in by the 24/7 on line assistance and sophisticated nature of their website. I am very grateful the warnings are out. Thanks heaps Ken.
October 15th, 2007 at 10:24 pm
Matt T,
I just received an email from someone who has the information on ownership of Koolprint. He is going to Small Claims court in Texas to file a claim against Koolprint for his money.
He related that he is in correspondence with an Attorney who can handle a group complaint. I requested permission from him to post the information on this site.
I will relate his response as soon as he gets back to me, this so far sounds like a great way to go.

October 17th, 2007 at 2:30 am
Just wanted to let everyone know that I feel victim to Koolprint as well. I will post the sordid details below. Fortunately I did not fall for their 10% off if you send a check ruse as I was able to call my Credit Card company and request a refund. The credit card company listened to my complaint, accepted a stack of emails between Koolprint and myself and charged back the merchant. Even if Koolprint refutes the chargeback, what are they going to use for proof??
My story is the same as everyone else’s, but for the digital record here it is. I place an order July 13, 2007 for a simple print job. This was supposed to be 5000 pages (8-up per page) for a total of 40,000 finished pieces of a single color (black), single side print job. The only complexity is the oval die-cut which we paid extra for. I was quoted 18-20 days from start to finish. By September 14th, with no product in sight, I started calling every few days. From here it is the standard run-around with broken promises, switched calls, calls to people who may not even exist, etc. We finally received a partial shipment of 5,000 PIECES. Thankfully the pieces were usable quality. Fast foward 3 more weeks and yet another call nets another put-off to buy time. With my credit card companies 90 day refund time frame looming, I made the decision to wait no longer, and I requested the refund mentioned above.
Anyone who used their credit card, do not wait a day longer!! Most card companies only give you a set time frame to dispute a charge with 90 days being the most common. I know that AMEX extends well past the 90 days, but AMEX is the exception.
I have spent the time to file complaints with the BBB, the Texas Attorney General’s office and the FTC. I do not expect anything to come of these complaints, but figure that the more the merrier.
November 2nd, 2007 at 5:13 pm
Uggghhh. What else can be added that hasn’t been said. We have used them to do short runs of product boxes in between large DVD runs and I can honestly say in my 15 years of experience with vendors in the software and design areas they are by far the worst I have encountered.
Orders are consistently late, responses if you received one at all is clearly a copy and paste and means absolutely nothing about the status of the order itself. Because they had a re-usable design and we did have to perform a few short runs with them (5 orders) we can verify this is not a one time fluke but is the norm with them.
We will never use them again of course but we are still trying to extract an order overdue by 4 months now from them.
November 27th, 2007 at 2:37 am
Koolprint.com is currently hosting on Network Solutions. Email abuse@networksolutions.com to let them know.
Koolprint cheated us out of $60 and paid by debit card. They delivered no product & empty promises. A few months back, I attempted to contact them to demand satisfaction for the never-printed order. I happened to find a working number where “Osara” answered and referred me to “Ron”. At one time, Ron begged me to “put [my] trust in [him]” while he attempted to find out why my order had not shipped. Never heard from him again.
Let’s chase them off the internet and stop them from defrauding others.
I’m also going to email the Harris County DA, Charles Rosenthal, as the registered address of Koolprint is Bellaire, TX, which is in his district. chuckrosenthal@dao.hctx.net
November 30th, 2007 at 12:21 am
“Koolprint cheated us out of $60 and paid by debit card.” I meant that we paid with a debit card, and subsequently were not entitled to the protection that a credit card would have offered–the credit card company would have credited our account and gone back to the company for their own recourse.
Meantime,
Here is the exact and complete reply from the office of Harris County DA to my email, which follows.

Hello Mr. Rosenthal,
It is an unpleasant matter that prompts me to contact you in hopes to
find resolution in the matter of Koolprint, a company supposedly based
in Bellaire which is either fraudulent or incompetent to the point of
criminal.
A few months ago, I made an online transaction with a company listed
as Koolprint at this address 6750 West Loop South, Suite 140,
Bellaire, TX 77401. (The suite number can also be found listed as
#690.) The live-chat feature and dense and professional-looking
website, and secure check out, made me think that all was well and I
would receive the $50 + S/H of stickers that I ordered. I uploaded
artwork with an entity going by “Stacey”. I received a confirmation
email that I had made such an order, but then nothing further, and no
order arrived. We paid by debit card, which apparently removes any of
the insurance we could have had if we’d paid by credit card.
I then found the websites that are devoted to trying to unmask the
fraudulent practices of Koolprint (www.koolprintblog.com,
www.koolprintcomplaints.co.uk for example) and realized that I was
lucky that we lost relatively little, compared to some. Please note
that the US branch seems to be part of a much bigger operation, which
is not any more legitimate.
In August, I managed to find a new phone number for Koolprint that was
answered by a live person, rather than the answering maching directing
callers to email their questions or complaints. The entity that
answered was “Osara” who directed me to “Ron”. Ron said that my
artwork had actually not been received and he would have to call me
back after speaking to “Stacey”. I tried to question him and keep him
on the line to discover what was really going on. He begged me to put
my trust in him but was never heard from.
My interest is not so much to recoup that small amount, but to stomp
out such a blatantly predatory company and stop it from committing
intrastate and interstate fraud. I hate to say this too, but it does
not reflect well on Bellaire, Texas to be even nominally affiliated
with such an entity. It would be nice to see the day that severe
action is taken and we can all sigh with relief.
Please advise,
Mari –

Mari,
We take these matters seriously at ThePrintGuide.com. We will look into
the matter and will drop Koolprint from our suppliers list if we see
reoccurring incidents.
Since this is the first complaint we have heard, we will monitor the
situation and make sure action is taken if there are any more reports of
fraud.
We appreciate your concern. We want to make sure we list only reputable
suppliers.

I received this comment from the following individual; however what they do not understand apparently is that I also receive the I.P. address, so look who Amanda really is.
One more reason not to do business with Koolprint.

I placed an order with Koolprint UK for a Corporate Identity package, and I must say, I am SO HAPPY with the results. The printing quality was great! I placed my order with their standard turnaround, but I received it within 2 weeks, and I was really surprised
They’ve done a great job. They have very friendly and professional representatives, and they were always there to help me out. Their free graphic design assistance was also great!

Whew! Thank goodness for your “goodness”. I just received a quote from Koolprint for 800 booklets 8.5 x 11, 64 pages; 12 of which are full color. They said I could use their free graphics service and that’s when I decided to check some “reviews” as this is an intense Advertising booklet for a Senior Pageant that takes place in July of each year. It takes me, alone, about 3 weeks to complete the layout of this booklet — that they are willing to do for free? “Hogwash”. Thank you so much for being here! and YES, I am definitely SPREADING THE WORD to my email list and beyond, since print buying online is becoming a widely used source for convenience in today’s businesses. I hope them and any others like them get dumped by these hosting companies who should research ALL companies wishing to do business online as legitimate…..A huge undertaking, but well worth it for the sake of good “customer service”. Yahoo does it; I couldn’t get a proper listing due to the fact that my profile did not state that I had a storefront service even though a photo of my building is right on the yahoo sight.
I do have a store front but share a very small parking lot with and Iron works company so would rather have my clients email their pdf files to me instead of risking a flat or even trying to find a place to park. xoxox

After a bit of researching I’ve come across a couple of suggestions for those seeking online printing services. Check www.alexa.com for traffic ranking and ownership info. You can also submit bids through a retired printer (for free) at: www.printusa.com. Anytime you come across a site you should verify and/or call them by info obtained at alexa.
Also check out:
www.printbuyersonline.com (nice informative site and bid submissions as well)
www.fantasyartwear.com (great company to work with)
Always ask about organizational membership — then see if you can’t verify the membership with the organization (such as NAPL, PIA, GAM) These are Print Industry organizations that legit printers become members of. (kinda pricey so not ALL good printers are members; but it is a start if you are a large corporation.
Not to advertise myself, but I am setting up a little info site (finally), that I will be linking this blog to. I am pretty much just a Local copier shop but do broker print jobs from Graduation to Weddings, Anniversaries, Custom Business forms, Business Stationery, Labels, and Promotional products.
If at any time you are in need of printing information or file preparation help. feel free to email me: bnjprntg@sbcglobal.net
I hope this helps us to keep away from the “rotten scoundrels”.

None of these links are of an affiliate nature; I just care about those seeking honest treatment when purchasing online.

Hi John,
I while ago I asked you to remove my posts from the internet, as requested by Koolprint - blackmail for my refund! I did this and I thank you for doing so also. However, after a huge effort on my part Koolprint has finally admitted that they will do nothing to help me. So I give up. I’ve posted a few of the details here: http://www.koolprintcomplaints.co.uk/Evo-Forums_-_file_-_viewtopic_-_p_-_78.html#78
Also, changes have been occuring at Koolrint this year (none good!). Here are the details as I know them: http://www.koolprintcomplaints.co.uk/Evo-Forums_-_file_-_viewtopic_-_t_-_29.html
All I want to do now with regards to Koolrpint is to warn people away from them. They are criminals, and are most likely based in Pakistan using the Texas address as a cover. Stay well away.
Keep up the good work John.

Matt,
Great to see you back with us, however not pleased that Koolprint did not live up to it’s promises to you, of course that should have been expected.
We have some new Blog members and we welcome them here also.

Our experience with Kool Print is the same as others have posted here. I only wish I had done more investigating before I used their “services”. Buyer beware!

As with everyone else on here we are in the same boat. 50 calendars ordered back in November 2007 for 110 uk pounds. We are a small kids home in Scotland who can ill afford to be shelling out to these charlatans. Umpteen emails and phone calls remain unanswered and finally spoke to a shawn (jone) this week - waste of time!! Wondered if anyone has ever had experience of a refund yet !!

Al,
They have promised refunds to others, however I have not found they lived up to their word ever, about anything, including refunds.
The only thing we can hope for is sites like this one and others showing how unethical koolprint is, will prevent others from contributing money to their scam operation.
Any business I can think of that operates like koolprint would be standing tall in front of the Attorney General’s office or the Federal Trade Commission here in the US.

If you have problems with Koolprint, please take some time to post here: http://koolprint.wordpress.com. It appears to be a Koolprint sponsored venture, but comments seem to get published - so lets use their own site to make the public aware of their behaviour.

Hi, I know this is now March, 2009; but I only just found all this complaint stuff about KoolPrint…..
In 1996 or 1997 I ordered from them, a large order and prepaid for all of it… nothing you havent heard before….
However, I DID get my order, and it was as promised, EXCEPT that the color scheme on the decals were wrong… I sent them back, and a few weeks later recieved another shipment, which ALSO was wrong… okay I sent those back and about a month later, they sent the third shipment, and these were, finally, right…. I was thrilled…. until I tested one of them…
I had ordered double peel decals, you peel off the adheshion, and apply it, then peel off the top sheet. Know what I mean? upon peeling off the top sheet, the ink would tear and peel off along with it.. it was awful…
I went and very seriously laid into KoolPrint after that, and demanded a refund ( $2800.00) They denied any fault whatsoever, and shipped back the first two orders, and told me I had recieved my moneys worth… I still have several packets of decals I cannot use for their intended purpose, and over the years have just given them away …
A very bad experience. I only learned of all of this complaint stuff against them when I just now tried to access the website, it will not come up… and I really needed that file of the decal that was stored there… lol….
Back to the drawing board, I guess… *sigh*…..

I don’t know how recent these postings are but I used them twice. The job I sent to them was business cards that had a spot varnish on both sides. The first shipment that came I saw was from overseas. If it’s right I don’t care. But I had to bounce the job because the spot varnish was way off and there were what looked like air bubbles on most of the cards as well as the color variation from one card to the next was way off. They got it right the second time.
My client was upset because of the delay, but i told him if I gave him those cards the way they were he would never use me again. A few years later on the reprint they were worse. I bounced it twice and after the second time they didn’t want to issue a refund. I did some searching found several phone numbers to reps and still no refund. I then told them that if they did not give me a refund by a certain date I would launch a BBB claim and report them to my credit card company for fraudulent activity.
I followed through on the deadline date. After about perhaps a month and a half my credit card company refunded my money and I used another printer.
The bad part about all this is that they got it right once. Now I refuse to use them again and my client wants the same style cards because he loves them and gets rave reviews. A difficult thing to track down a printer who can do that.
Fortunately, I have a printer friend and as soon as he saw it he knew exactly how it was done. My cards were actually color copied and then run through a HP Indigo Printer with a reverse varnish. So now all I have to do is find someone with a Indigo that can do that kind of varnish.
For all those who are still trying to get payment my recommendation is to put in a fraud claim with your bank or credit card company and let them use their vaster resources to recoup the money they refund you. Cheers!

Dear John,
It is a great effort to bring victims of Shami at one forum/blog spot. I have seen your website koolprintproblems.com and impressed.
You might not be knowing me but I appreciate your efforts to bring Shami Khokhar’s (owner of Koolprint) real face before the world. In fact my son, Fawad Khan Pasha is also a victim at his hands.
Shami, whose actual name is Muhammad Ahtasham Khokhar son of Muhammad Kaleem Khokhar, belongs to the city of Lahore, Pakistan. I also live in the same city. It is here where whole the printing was done besides some sophisticated printing in Turkey. He got employed local staff who posed themselves as US citizens and used to take print orders on line, design them and get them printed at the printing press of his brother Jooni. All the printing was then shipped from Pakistan and Turkey to USA to be sold at exorbitant rates. Software Solutions is the Pakistan faction of Koolprint which is still being run by the brother of Shami. About 2/3 years back, they have shifted location from Aiwan-e-Iqbal to some unknown place.
In May 2005 Shami approached me through a common friend, Tariq Chaudry, and asked for some financial help for expanding the business. My son paid him $ 200,000 after proper documentation and contracts. Again in the year 2006 he obtained another $100,000 for establishing a branch of Koolprint in Dubai, UAE. He opened a company Koolprint Uae there also. For some time he paid some profit on the lending but after that he just disappeared from the scene. Now my son’s whole life earning is in doldrums.
Please include me as one of the victims of Shami and help to get my son’s money back from that swindler. I can help for getting any information regarding his antecedents in Pakistan. Please also advise further line of action to be taken.
Regards and good wishes,
Tahir Anwar Pasha
